Endeavour issued a press release on April 1, 2025, announcing its “deci[sion] to upsize its previously announced bought deal of common shares.” Pursuant to the deal, a syndicate of underwriters “have agreed to purchase, on a bought-deal basis, 11,600,000 Shares, at a price of US$3.88 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$45 million[.]”

Following this news, Endeavour’s stock price fell over 11% on the same day.
