The Law Offices of Vincent Wong announce that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of investors who purchased Electronics for Imaging, Inc. (NASDAQ : EFII) securities between February 22, 2017 and August 3, 2017.
According to the complaint, throughout the Class Period defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the Company was improperly recognizing revenue; (2) the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures were not effective; (3) the Company’s internal control over financial reporting were not effective; and (4) as a result, the Company’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
